  40. As I understand it, CrossDos SHOULD allow you to read from and write to MS-DOS
  41. disks, if you're using Workbench 2.0 or later.  If, indeed, you are using 1.3,
  42. then I guess you are hosed.  The only other faint glimmer of hope that I can
  43. think of is the possibility that there is a dialin SLIP server nearby that you
  44. have access to.  If so, you can set up and use AmiTCP, and essentially you're
  45. almost as well off as you would be if you had the Ethernet card.  There are
  46. probably a few other solutions as well which I am not aware of.
